Kaden and Mimi is truly awesome! From beginning to end Kim was super responsive, helpful, and communicative. I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an event planner! She is very organized and really has a talent for event planning. It was so easy to work with Kim. Hiring Kim was the best money I ever spent! Having the challenge of hosting a rehearsal dinner for 150 guests, as well as a post-wedding brunch, plus providing transportation (four 32 passenger buses) from the hotel to the wedding venue and back again, assembling 100 welcome bags, as well as organizing the hotel room block for all the out of town guests would have been near impossible for me to accomplish from out of state. Kim was a saving grace with great ideas and resources. She is organized, calm, and extremely capable ... following up with contacts and vendors in a timely manner. She gave me choices and options (always keeping my budget in mind) and was never pushy or abrasive. Her prompt response to emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the entire planning process was nothing short of remarkable. In the future, I would not plan an event in the Los Angeles area without Kim's assistance ... a lovely individual that would be a true asset to any situation.

Kim gets all the stars. She helped us pull off the beautiful, non-traditional wedding we were hoping for. She was a responsive, clear communicator and fun to work with. Originally, we didn't plan to hire a wedding planner because of our planned budget, but now I can't imagine how we would have pulled everything off without her. Kim planned the perfect wedding shower for us. I was interested in having a formal but fun shower that could include “the guys” — and though I knew how I wanted it to feel, I wasn’t sure how to actually tackle it. Kim asked good questions to help clearly understand our ideas and then was able to put together the perfect event! She thought of every single detail - flowers/centerpieces, a fun interactive element that made it special, and the perfect location. She was also able to make sure the event hit on budget. We still talk about this shower as such a happy memory, and one of the centerpieces was a watering can that we still use in our house today! Kim is absolutely fantastic! I work for a large Fortune 100 company based in Washington, DC and we used Kim to organize an upscale dinner for customers while we were at a conference in LA. Even though we were on a very tight timeline and had to execute plans quickly, everything came together perfectly. She helped us find a venue, conduct a site visit, secure a band, handle catering, and figure out decor. On event day, I was impressed with her professionalism and ability to manage so many moving parts at once.
